Is this a franchise?
We’re starting with city partners; full franchises come later.
Do I have to stop working with my own customers?
No. Your own customers stay yours. Lock & Clean turnovers in your city are run alongside them, in our app and to our standard.
How does the money work?
We’ll talk through how it works on a call, once we know a bit about your company.
Whose name do hosts see?
Lock & Clean’s. Hosts book Lock & Clean, see your team on our “Meet our cleaners” page and get the same photos and invoices as in every other city.
What happens after I send this?
We read every enquiry and get back to you, usually with a call. If it looks like a fit, we meet, look at a few of your cleans and agree a start.
