Commission ranges from published Edinburgh management fees (2026). Your cleaning fee charged to guests typically covers most of the turnover cost.

Missed turnover
If we ever miss a booked turnover, that clean is free and we’ll cover a guest refund we caused, up to the value of one night.

No contract and no exit fee. 14 days’ notice, and your linen is collected.

About pricing
Is VAT included?
The prices shown are what you pay. If that changes when we register for VAT, we will tell you in writing at least 30 days before.
Why per clean and not per hour?
So you know your cost before the guest books. We time our cleans, so if a property needs much more time than its price allows, we’ll tell you why and agree a change first.
What if the guest leaves it in a bad state?
We photograph it first and tell you. Extra time is charged at £22 an hour only after you agree, and the photos support a damage claim.
Do you charge more in August or at weekends?
No festival or weekend surcharge for cleans booked through your calendar. Only cleans requested inside 24 hours carry the short-notice charge.
How do I pay?
A monthly invoice listing every clean, linen set and extra with its date. Pay by card in the app or by bank transfer.
