Closes, common stairs and key safes round the corner: in the Old Town and New Town we come on foot with linen bags, not a van.

What does a turnover include?
Cleaning every room, making the beds, fresh towels, restocking guest supplies, emptying the bins and a dated photo of every room in your owner app before we leave.
How do you know when to come?
Share your booking calendar (Airbnb, Booking.com or your channel manager) and every check-out becomes a turnover, timed before the next check-in.
When am I charged?
After each clean, on the card you save with us. Nothing is taken before a clean is done.
Do you clean tenement flats with a shared stair?
Yes, most of our Edinburgh work is in tenements. We come on foot or by bus with linen bags, and keep stair doors and bins as the building expects.
Can you help with my short-term let licence?
We can log alarm tests, fire-safety checks and water flushing with dates on a monthly licence check visit, so the record is there if the council asks. The licence itself is between you and the council.
