A short-let turnover is priced by the size of the property. With Lock & Clean in Edinburgh it is a fixed price per clean, charged after the clean is done, with dated photos of every room in your owner app.

The linen column assumes one double bed per bedroom (one for a studio). Single beds are £11, doubles £13.50 and kings £15.
What’s in the price
- Every room cleaned to our turnover checklist, beds made and towels laid out.
- Bins emptied and recycling sorted, and anything broken or missing reported with a photo.
- A dated photo of every room before we leave, in your owner app.
What changes the price
- Size. The turnover price goes up with the number of bedrooms.
- Linen. Hire and laundry per bed made up, or use your own linen and pay the clean price only.
- Urgent cleans. A same-day clean when your cleaner hasn’t turned up is the usual price plus £40. Need a clean today?
